I have been with Audibel Hearing Care Centers since February of 2005. Helping people hear again and reconnect with their friends and loved ones is the most rewarding part of my job. I have cried alongside many of patients and their families as they rediscover the pure joy of hearing again. Watching as they reconnect with each other through conversation is pure joy. In my free time I love camping and sewing.
Patient Services Coordinator
Terresa joined the Northland team in November 2015 as a Patient Services Coordinator. By working in the healthcare industry for many years, Terresa was able to bring great customer service experience with her. Meeting new people and helping them to start and continue on the journey to better hearing gives Terresa great enjoyment. It is a wonderful feeling to have a new patient come to the office struggling to hear and understand what their loved ones are saying and then to see the joy on their faces when they can finally hear them clearer. When Terresa is not working she enjoys flower gardening, reading, sewing and spending time with her family
